The clothes at Mariah offer quality fabrics, great detailing and designs with a stylish, funky edge. "Lines like Marc Aurel, Nuovo Sarti, Cambio and Luxuria aren't typically available in Calgary and will not be found in any of the major department stores".

"I'm a clothes fanatic and I was tired of the corporate life," she explains. "Now I work at what I love." Love extends into all aspects of Mary's business, whether she is talking about her store, staff or customer's.

Just as important as the clothes are the staff at Mariah - they get to know customers one-on-one and personally call them when new shipments arrive. "Someone recently told me that shopping at Mariah is like shopping in your girlfriend's bedroom. That's the biggest compliment we could receive."
